The BR420’s frame, made from carbon fiber and aviation aluminum, provides exceptional strength and durability. Its innovative folding truss design enables quick and easy assembly and disassembly, making it convenient for transportation and storage.
2. Advanced Remote Control and Extended Flight Time:
The BR420 boasts a new smart remote controller with a 5.5-inch high-brightness display and user-friendly app control. This combination ensures smooth and stable operation. With a flight time exceeding 7 hours, it’s well-suited for long-duration, intensive tasks.
3. Enhanced Safety Features: Obstacle Avoidance and Monitoring:
Equipped with an FPV HD camera, the BR420 provides real-time visual monitoring of the flight environment. Its advanced obstacle avoidance system, including front and rear radars and terrain-following radars, effectively detects and avoids both stationary and moving obstacles, ensuring safe flight operations.
4. Intelligent Flight Planning and Autonomous Operations:
The BR420’s intelligent flight path operation mode allows it to map and navigate around various obstacles within and outside the field, enabling fully autonomous operations. The system’s precise drug cut-off point prediction optimizes pesticide and battery usage, maximizing coverage per battery charge. Multiple automatic return functions, such as one-key return, no-pesticide return, low-battery return, and loss-of-signal return, guarantee safe UAV recovery in all scenarios.
5. Efficient Spraying System:
The BR420 offers a choice of high-pressure or centrifugal nozzles. Both types provide a spraying width of 5 to 7 meters and a spraying height of 1.5 to 2 meters, ensuring even pesticide distribution and effective crop protection. The 20L pesticide tank minimizes the need for frequent refills, allowing for longer uninterrupted operations. The BR420 can cover 60-100 acres per hour.
6. Robust Protection:
With an IP6X protection rating, the BR420 is dustproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant. Its core components feature triple protection, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environmental conditions.
